Very courteous.
I was ordering for my teen and her bestie while they were at work...
so I was clueless on what an Italian was.
The worker was patient, kind, and understanding.
She did not ask what size I wanted.
I assumed she knew the sandwiches were not footloose.
Wrong...
she made two footloose.
I let her know.
She made no fuss of the error and had no visible frustration with it.

Greeting was nice, I paid $8.71 for a salad with no meat and 4 toppings that looked as of they had been prepared the day before.
When i asked for croutons, she said yes.
I looked in the bag to check and asked again.
After asking for croutons 3 times and explaining what they were, she turns up her face and said, "No, I don't think so." In short, if you want a sandwich, go to Jimmy Johns, if you want a salad, go to McCalisters.
Complete waste of time and money.
I should've known better from the last time I came here years ago.
Lesson learned.

I went into subway, was not greeted by the staff, they are making and taking more online orders then people inside the store, waited for a few minutes then more people came inside and they wasn’t greeted either, terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend going back there ever again.
