I would give a 0 if I could.Went to lunch with my daughter and when I went to grab a napkin there was a roach on top.We moved to the next table and I got the attention of a worker to let her know and she laughed grabbed only the napkin out of the dispenser and threw it away.We decided not to continue eating so I went to the owner at the register and explained and she was upset that I wanted a refund. She told me she was charging me for my children and would refund me and I argued no that I didn’t even let them finish, after going back and forth she only charged me drinks.I told her that they should remove the whole napkin dispenser and sanitize that table and she said that was not necessary that it was just from the shipment of napkins. They have horrible customer service skills.Still can’t believe she made me pay $8.00 for 3 drinks that we didn’t even finish. And that she refused to remove the cockroach infested dispenser. They are already overpriced.
There were a lot of options on the food bar, but most of it was old, and meat was tough. It's a bit expensive, and the drink is not included. Our waitress was great, very friendly, and had our refills of water coming! The stars of the show are the pepper chicken, green beans, dumplings, shrimp and zucchini with alfredo, chicken and broccoli, and the hibachi, of course, since it's made fresh.Sushi was not good.I did appreciate them putting sauces on the side, but it didn't make the sushi taste any better. The sweet and sour sauce had a weird taste to it, but the crab rangoons were okay. The breaded chicken for the S&S chicken was hard as a rock.Literally.Eggrolls were not crispy anymore.Egg foo Yung looked breaded and fried, which is bizarre, and there was no gravy for it.The taste of the orange and sesame chicken was good, but it was soggy and old. The pineapple was delicious and ripe, and they had plenty of salad bar options. The chocolate ice cream was really good as well.It was the kind you dip out of the big tub.Alas, those are not the things I come to a Chinese buffet for.Skip this place unless all you want is the Hibachi.
Outstanding place, everything is fresh and tasty 😋 DON'T TRUST BAD COMETS.This place is great 👍 And we paid only 26$ for 2
