Pizza Hut

My order was terrible ! Breadsticks were burnt and not cut .
Sausage pizza was not made like it was suppose to be ( see pictures).
I asked for light sauce and a cheese cup however I did not receive.
Sausage tasted really bad.
When I called the lady told me basically she knew the breadsticks weren’t burnt (see pics) .
I was made to take it back not to get a refund because they don’t allow those but a credit .
After seeing the inside of the location I wouldn’t order anything from there so a credit is useless.
My son did like the wings .
Everything else I returned .
I will say the manager acted like she cared a little bit .

Manager last night hung up on me.
She called me after I finished up a delivery order online stating her fryer is broken so I asked could I just change it out for anything else since I already paid and she said no so I just asked for her to cancel the order and she said ok and hangs up on me.
Then takes more then 45 min to cancel my order and still had the door dasher come up there for the order because she wanted to be petty.
I don’t understand how rude individuals like her even make it into management.
No proper customer service skills and still a manager.
It’s pretty pathetic.
I would never order from this location again.

Now I remember why I don't go here.
The lady barely made eye contact, didn't hardly say 2 words and then handed me the crappiest pizzas ever.
They were both overdone and so crispy they were barely edible.
They also didn't have the right toppings on them.
Even after I spoke to them on the phone about what pizzas I want.
This almost ruined our family's happy Pi day.
Never going back to this location again.
Better off going across the street to Domino's.
