1.) Ordered a lettuce wrap double cheeseburger to pick up.
I made the mistake of not checking the bag.
I got home and there was no burger, only lettuce and toppings.
Nice.

Paid for on internet.
Got there at 8:45.
Their closing time is 10P.
Doors locked.
Called their number…looking at guy through the front window who told me they had to close and evacuate.
Right.
I’m standing right there.
Just watched 3 customers leave with their orders.
I told him I wanted a refund.
He said he couldn’t do it, that I’d have to come back another day.
I’m NEVER coming back to this place.

Good burgers, small in size regardless of which burger is bought.
Fries were soggy but ok to eat I guess.
The service is always outstanding.
Cleanliness is dependent on the day but never so bad I've walked out.

Not only was our food delicious, but the staff was extremely friendly.
The woman taking our order at the register was training another girl and was still so attentive to taking our order.
You can tell the staff members are friends and are laughing and having a good time while still doing their jobs efficiently.
While we were eating in the dining room, one of the staff members was walking around cleaning and stopped and asked us how our day was going and how our food was.
He was very polite and kind and also told us to have a great day on our way out.
Wonderful service for a fast food place!
