I recently dined at STK Steakhouse in Bellevue, and it was an overall delightful experience! 🌟

We started with the shrimp cocktail and the wagyu burger sliders, which were both fresh and bursting with flavor. The New York strip with wagyu umami butter stole the show, perfectly cooked to medium-rare.

While the ambiance was trendy with a live DJ, the service did feel a bit slow - even though it wasn’t too busy. Our waiter was friendly, and we loved the complimentary birthday dessert surprise! 🎉

The highlight was definitely the dessert! Will I be back? Absolutely! 🍽️✨
