Felt something funny in my mouth and they accidentally put the matcha mix foil in my drink.
I brought it up to them and they didn’t say anything, not even a sorry.
They do always make great tasting drinks though minus the foil.

Don’t come through the drive thru unless you want to repeat your order 15x times because the lady who’s taking your order is trying to multitask and can’t.
Also don’t order anything to be warmed because by the time you get to the window; it’s cold and then when you let them know it’s cold, YOU the paying customer is given awful attitude by both the person who took your order AND by the manager.
Do better.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

When I'm in town from Omaha staying at great wolf Lodge I always go to this Starbucks.
My drink is always correct and taste great.
The workers are awesome!
