Holy Smoke BBQ is a hidden gem in Kansas City! 🥩 From the moment I stepped in, the warm aroma of smoked meats filled the air, instantly making my mouth water. I ordered the brisket, and it was moist and incredibly flavorful. The baked beans and potato salad were also highlights!

The atmosphere is laid-back, perfect for a casual meal. While I found the signage a bit lacking, the welcoming staff made up for it. Just be mindful of consistency; my friend’s Shannon Beef Sandwich varied on a return visit. Overall, I can't wait to go back for more BBQ cravings! 🍖
