I recently dined at Black Iron Eatery, and it was definitely worth the wait! 🍽️ We tried the bone dinner, brisket sandwich, and the Wisdom burger, which was absolutely delightful with brisket and thick-cut bacon.

The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with flavor! The dirty mac was a pleasant surprise – creamy with a spicy kick from jalapeños.

The only downside? They don’t offer fries, which would perfectly complement their robust BBQ flavors. Still, I can’t wait to return... Highly recommend for a quick bite or casual dinner! 😋
