Food truck lot: We arrived in the evening and it was pretty dead partially due to cold weather.
It is okay to go during the day and the locale management is constantly working on more areas to eat.
At Stackers: The person taking our order was friendly but didn't really know what the sauces were? He just mentioned that, "they are the ones my boss makes".
We ordered food nonetheless.
The burger meat was certainly fresh looking and tasted pretty good.
Pretty comparable to other smash burgers.
The green chile had a tiny bit of bite but not really too much.
The fries seemed like the frozen seasoned fries that you can find at other places.
Fry sauce was good.
I like supporting food trucks but pricing is certainly high.
Approx $40 for a basic meal for 2.

The service was great, but unfortunately the food was lacking.
Both mine and my husband's burgers weren't just crispy- they were burnt.
I got the Oklahoma fried onion burger and there was literally no onions on it at all?? Which sucks because I was really really looking forward to that.
My husband's burger also didn't have any sauce.
The flavors were good but the execution just wasn't it.
I'm willing to try again at a different time, especially since most of the reviews are so great, but we were definitely let down this time.
And for the price, it really should have been better.

I had the Oklahoma Fried Onion and my wife had the Duke City Green Chile smash burger and both were excellent! Perfectly cooked and the fries were also delicious.
