I decided to fly solo for an evening and try Cheddar's out, I saw quite a few people waiting for seats, so I decided to sit at the bar for quicker service.
I ordered a Maui Margarita and was given a shot while I waited for the Margarita to be made.
I ordered the 8oz salmon dinner with Bourbon glaze, yummy! I deducted 1 star due to the lack of options for those with dietary restrictions.
I'd still come back, though.

Good food.
Good service - we were well cared for in terms of order and return to see about our needs.
Chicken pot pie was excellent, and the Buffalo chicken wraps were, too! I recommend more than what is on the list of choices in doing this review.
They have good food.

We both ordered the half rack of ribs and they were dry and had no sauce, portion sizes were uneven , sides were cold.
The side of cornmeal white fish and chicken tenders were on point and delicious.
The waitress didn’t even have a manager come over to talk to us about our experience however she did manage to take off my half rack of ribs.
Cheddars was one of my favorite places to eat but with the inconsistencies of their food and makes me not wanting to return.
