September 26, 2024Tomasita's Albuquerque New Mexican Restaurant offers a delightful taste of New Mexican cuisine! 🌶️ I tried the Wednesday blue corn enchilada special, and it hit the spot perfectly - rich flavors with just the right kick. My companion loved the carne adovada, and we both agreed that the sopapillas with honey butter stole the show!
While some chips were sadly overdone and not warm, the salsa had a spicy, oniony kick that kept us reaching for more. The prices are super reasonable, too - plenty of food under $20. Can't wait to come back for the sopapillas alone! 😋✨
