Spring Rollin' is a delightful gem in Albuquerque! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual lunch or dinner, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried the spicy mushroom broth, and it was simply delicious - packed with flavor and perfect for a quick bite.

The spring rolls were fresh, but they could've held together a bit better. The only downside was the peanut sauce; it was a tad watery for my taste. Still, great value for the generous portions! Can't wait for my next visit! 🍜✨
