This location is dying due to bad employees.
It's so sad as I've been coming here for years, since it opened in this spot.
It was a 5 star place for years.
Unfortunately this was my last visit for a long while.
I usually wait 6 months to try a place again hoping every employee has turned over.
The state of fast food restaurants is in crisis mode now all around this city.

Initially I placed a 5 star review a few months back.
However, I have been back 4 times since then.
Just getting gets worse and just will not go back.
Paid for a premium sandwich (the monster) and it's smaller then the normal sandwich.
Got a half serving of steak and did not even have bacon.
Barely placed peppers & onion.
This is the 3rd time they skip items.
It's done purposely.
Additionally the manager exudes an attitude, like a customer stepping foot in the place is a problem.
Just pass on this place.
Soon enough it will not be there, even with the new ownership.

The kid that served me called me Boss.
Then he proceeded to wipe his knife on the bottom of his shirt because he didn't have an apron or anything else apparently, to clean the knife off with. I came back another day to hopefully not deal with this guy, and order a 6 footer for a party.
This shirt knife guy took my order and said it would be easier if they made several 12" instead of a 6 footer and that they could put the veggies in cups for people to add as they want.
I picked up the sandwiches and they added the veggies anyway.
When I asked why he said bc it was easier for them to make them this way.
This kid was some sort of a manager, I think, and he has no idea the needs of the customers.
Haven't been back since.
