I recently visited Spring China in Kansas City and had a decent experience overall. The casual atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

I ordered the General Tso's chicken, which had a satisfying crunch, but the chicken fried rice was a bit bland for my taste. 😅

Their crab Rangoon offered a nice crunch, though it could have been less greasy.

Fast service and friendly staff made up for some food inconsistencies. While I'd recommend trying it out, set your expectations accordingly... 🍜
