The food is so good and authentic that I have been 3x this week and no I'm not ashamed. Very healthy and fresh eating.I had soap De res.Sopa de pata.I had empandas.Tacos and so much more.Staff is nice and friendly.You can order over the phone as well.Everything on the menu is well prepared.They make magic happen in that tiny kitchen.My greatest find in KC.
The Desayuno El Salvadoreno is delicious! I love the homemade tortillas and red salsa with the perico (eggs, tomato, cilantro)! The maduro (sweet plantain) is perfect balance with chicken and frijoles (beans)!
Las pupusas son demaciado delgaditas, I go here to buy pupusas, but not any more, they are $3 but the pupusas are way to thin, not even a tortilla salvadoreña is that thin.Sorry that they are making them like that, can you make them as they used to?
