I have been to this restaurant several times, and always look forward to the updates they make to the menu.
This remains one of my favorites! The food quality, taste is unsurpassed. Just wish they would provide more vegetarian options.
In Sha ALLAH 💝

I recently visited Devon Avenue walking towards this restaurant referred by my hyderabadi friends with the intention of trying their food.
While I was initially excited to explore the diverse culinary scene of this area, I couldn't help but notice a Pakistani flag displayed prominently outside the restaurant.
This unexpected sight left me feeling uncomfortable and conflicted. While I respect the freedom of expression and cultural pride, I also believe that businesses should be mindful of how their symbols might be interpreted by customers from various backgrounds.
In this case, the presence of the Pakistani flag made me question the atmosphere and values of the establishment. As someone who values cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence, I believe it's essential for businesses to create an environment that welcomes everyone, regardless of their background or nationality.
Seeing a flag from a different country raised concerns for me, as it felt like a conflict of interest and I had hoped to experience the vibrant and inclusive vibes of the United States, but this situation made me feel as if I was in an entirely different country. I must admit that I did not try the food, as the visual impact of the flag was strong enough to dissuade me.
I also had concerns about whether my experience would be influenced by the apparent alignment with a particular nation's interests. In sharing this review, my intention is not to discourage anyone from visiting the restaurant.
Instead, I hope to raise awareness about the potential impact of such displays on customers who come from diverse backgrounds.
I encourage the management to consider how their external representation may affect customers' perceptions and experiences. I will be discussing my experience with my friends, and while I won't necessarily ask them to avoid the place, I will share my observations so that they can make informed decisions based on their own comfort levels. Ultimately, I believe that restaurants have the power to bring people together through the universal language of food.
It's my sincere hope that businesses in diverse communities like Chicago continue to foster an atmosphere of inclusivity and unity, ensuring that all patrons feel welcome and valued.

First of all, let us express our heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to share your perspective on your recent visit.
We truly value all feedback, as it gives us a chance to reflect and improve. We're thrilled to know that you were guided to us by your hyderabadi friends, who apparently understand and appreciate the eclectic culinary journey we offer.
It's wonderful that you were excited about exploring the diverse culinary scene of Devon Avenue! Now, onto the curious case of the Pakistani flag.
We extend our sincerest apologies for the profound discomfort and confusion that a mere piece of cloth managed to invoke in you.
It's truly remarkable how a flag, fluttering proudly during our independence month, managed to overshadow everything else we have to offer. We must admit, we're a bit taken aback by your concerns.
As you so eloquently put it, businesses should indeed be "mindful of how their symbols might be interpreted by customers from various backgrounds." But let's be honest here – if a Mexican restaurant decided to display their national pride, we can only imagine your standing ovation for their celebration of culture and identity.
Hypocrisy, they say, comes in many flavors. Oh, how right you are about the United States being a diverse country where we can "freely do anything we want." Including, of course, celebrating our heritage and identity as a Pakistani-American establishment.
You see, diversity isn't just about enjoying cuisines from around the world; it's also about appreciating the beautiful tapestry of cultures that make up our society. It's truly unfortunate that you chose not to sample our food, as we've mastered the art of uniting people through flavors.
But we understand that the sight of that flag was just too overpowering.
In case you're wondering, we have many Indian customers who frequent our restaurant, and guess what? They don't let a flag deter them from savoring a good meal. We're glad to know you'll be sharing your unique observations with your friends.
After all, who wouldn't want to hear about the monumental crisis of seeing a flag from another nation? We genuinely appreciate your attempt to enlighten your circle on the intricacies of our restaurant's decor choices. We would like to express our deep gratitude for your passionate plea to promote inclusivity and unity.
We promise to continue fostering an atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their discomfort towards a flag, can feast upon the universal language of food. It's fascinating that you've bestowed upon us a one-star rating without even giving our menu a chance.
We bow to your extraordinary ability to review a restaurant from the vantage point of the sidewalk.
We can only hope your windowsill critique was indeed a major hit in the world of culinary assessments. In this month of celebrating freedom and independence, may your journey towards open-mindedness continue.
As you delve deeper into your mission of reviewing the world outside our windows, we wish you a taste of understanding and perhaps even a hint of empathy. Yours (still) in flagrant display, The Team at Spinzer Restaurant 🇵🇰🍔
