Soong Soong Restaurant is a hidden gem in San Jose! 😊

I had the salty soy bean milk and let me tell you, it’s one of the best I’ve tasted - better than some renowned spots in Taiwan. The onion cake was fluffy and delightful, while the spicy beef noodle soup had that perfect al dente texture.

The walnut chicken was a surprise hit, incredibly crispy and flavorful! 🥢 Even with a 25-minute wait, it was absolutely worth it. Great portions and prices make this spot perfect for lunch or dinner. Can’t wait to return! 🎉
