Sonic Drive-In

I made the mistake of stopping at this sonic without checking reviews first.
While I have eaten at many other Sonics in the past this is certainly on the bottom of the list.
Service was extremely slow, my food came out cold, and my milkshake had a chemical off taste.
I ended up throwing out most of the order and getting something more palatable from in and out up the street.
I’d avoid this place until there is a change in management and a complete overhaul of staff.

Wanted to take the time to share my experience from a few days ago, as it was New years day (evening after 7pm) we expected everywhere to be busy.
And even though we were correct the customer service was OUTSTANDING !!! We felt appreciated, as they expressed there would be a small wait so there would be fresh food.
We were given our drinks as we waited, and that couldnt have been more than 5 minutes.
I want to Thank this Sonic for their kindness and attention to detail.

Never going back.
Food was wrong three times and they made it seem like it was our fault for not getting the right order THREE TIMES.
Izzy brought the manager with her on the last time she brought our correct order out and asked for the old incorrect orders back which we understand.
Then she told us that she was sorry because their fries machine was down.
If the machine for fries isn’t working, DON’t accept or take an order that consists of fries.
Fries quality has gone down, maybe new management problems but ya’ll need to rethink your approach on how to serve customers.
A sorry would be nice sometimes.
