I recently dined at Pho Nguyen and found it to be a cozy spot for authentic Vietnamese food! 🌿 The broth in the pho was truly delightful - rich in flavor and rivaling five other places I've tried!
However, I found the portions a bit small for the price; $14.99 felt a tad high for what you get. Also, the veggie garnishes were a bit sparse.
That said, the caramelized crispy pork in my Bún Thịt Nướng was a standout! I left satisfied and will definitely give them another shot for that comforting pho fix! 🍜✨
