It’s good food, service & atmosphere but if you haven’t frequented the California locations you wouldn’t understand the level of expectation for the food, service & atmosphere.
Yes the food is good, but the buns were not made the same way.
They are usually a light crispness on the outside & the lettuce is not the same either.
The fries also were not fresh they are supposed to be right out of the fryer fresh.
Even the employees in California are happier.
It comes across as very natural & takes you back in time when employees were happy to help.
It doesn’t come across that way here.
If this was another restaurant it wouldn’t matter because I wouldn’t have that expectation.
Just a little disappointed.

I have been to a number of In and Outs and this one did not live up to the brand promise, except with the level of service.
The staff was great, the girl that checked me in was super nice.
Everyone working was pleasant and engaging.
The food unfortunately was lacking in Freshness.
The restaurant itself was relatively clean but again, just somewhat disappointing.

Needed something quick.
The Cheeseburger with fries.
Chocolate shake. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Staff was about 13-16 employees.
Extremely efficient.
I ordered and got my food very fast!!! Would go back!!!
