Overall, an ok experience.
I went there for lunch and it did the trick. Good thing it is located on the Quebec plaza close to Sam's club, Walmart and other big shopping stores, so it is convenient to visit the place after all shopping is done. The staff is very nice and friendly.
The burgers are ok, on a good side mostly. French fries are pretty good.

I got a burger and fries to go, when I got home and took the first bite it was full of hair.
Multiple pieces of hair.
I looked at the rest of the burger and there were three pieces of hair sticking out of it.
I brought it straight back to the restaurant, and the manager told me it didn’t look like anyone that worked there’s hair.
I pulled a hair out of the inside of the burger in front of him and he still said he didn’t think it came from the restaurant.
Then he gave me a hard time about getting a refund. Figure out who was working the kitchen 7/15 because they should not be allowed to handle food. The manager was as almost bad as all the hair in my food but thankfully I finally got my money back.
As I left he said “hopefully that doesn’t happen next time” lol, like I would ever eat there again

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was told it would take 10 minutes.
I was fine with that.
15 minutes later, my food was brought out, and I took it home.
When I cut the sandwich in half, the chicken inside was still uncooked.
I will not be going back to this location.
