We were greeted by Carmen - the hospitality lead! It became immediately clear why he has been given this title. He was polite, positive and knew how to do his job with a smile. Most cashiers have an attitude and you can tell they don’t want to be there. Carmen didn’t do anything specific he just does his job consistently well. Chick-fil- A is lucky to have him as a lead employee.I also feel it is good to have someone who is older working for you if they are setting a good example for younger people on the staff.

This chickfila blows.They're always so busy, and yet their food is always so cold and NASTY.Soggy, cold fries that cost you $5? No thanks! They also never, ever, EVER give you the sauce or even STRAWS you ask for! So frustrating.Won't be back to this joint.

I was so disappointed with my visit.This Chick-fil-A is closer to my house, so I often dine in here.But this time the fries were too salty and I found hair in my frosted lemonade.Which was disgusting.I don’t think they are worried about you as a customer, because if your only solution is get me a new beverage.Trust me I wouldn’t want to drink anything from your store.
