Friday evening drive-thru run.
Lady taking our order and running the window was fantastic.
Food quality was decent, as expected.
But the quantity was pretty underwhelming.
I can’t think of another fast food chicken tender place that serves such small pieces.
For $10, yikes.

Waited in drive thru for my order and had a pleasant experience with the attendant, Mikayla.
Very nice young woman.
Proceeded home and my fries were still hot.
Only issue was that a couple of wings were not whole and missing half the meat.

Finally, we got to check out Slims Chicken.
It was fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon, and we got in before the lunch rush.
We got the 7 piece box with original slim sauce.
Everything about the food was just ok.
The chicken was juicy, but the breading was flavorless.
The slims sauce we got was cold, but I'm not sure if that's normal.
Given that it was cold, it had a sweet taste compared to other chains' sauces.
Not our jam.
The fries, toast, and lemonade were the stars of the show.
Which is kinda sad because they weren't spectacular either.
All in all, it's our least favorite chicken chain in the area.
The food was ok, it didn't get us sick, and the combo was enough to split for lunch.
