The food was very good.
I was surprised, how much I enjoyed it because I wasn’t expecting much.
Only thing I did didn’t like, was the place seems to be low on servers.
It took a while to sit us, take our order and get our food.
The server was friendly, just felt understaffed.

The burgers we ordered were really good.
We had the Bison & Bacon and the 50/50. The fries could be a little more crispy. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.
Will definitely come back for more.

Went to Slaters 50/50 for a late night meal and I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by the hostess and waitress Maria who was just so easy to get along with.
More on her later but let's talk food first. The crispy Brussels were a bit of a let down.
With crispy Brussels in the name of the meal, I would hope it was crispy! Unfortunately they were not.
The bacon was precooked and cold.
The cheese was alright but the sauce on the Brussels killed the crunch.
I got the lonestar burger and that didn't disappoint. Let's get back to Maria.
She was super attentive! So much so she noticed that my sweet potato fries weren't so fresh that she got me a small, fresh batch to make up for it! My water was always full, and she checked on me often.
I was going to have dinner at liberty public market but I'm glad I went here instead bc I wouldn't have received great service from Maria if I didn't! Kudos to her for making my experience enjoyable!
