Tucked away in the Liberty Public Market, BOPJO Korean-Mexican Grill delivers a unique fusion that’s worth trying! 🌶️ I ordered the bulgogi rice bowl, and I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect mix of flavors - a fantastic blend of Korean and a hint of Mexican with the kimchi jalapeño sauce.
The service was fast and friendly, making it a great stop for lunch or dinner. While I found the California kimchi burrito a bit lacking in spice, the wings were an absolute highlight!
