Stopped by Skirted Heifer during a weekend getaway in Colorado Springs, and wow - I was not disappointed! 🍔

I chose the Pueblo Farmer burger with avocado and pepper jack on a garlic focaccia bun. It was an absolute delight! The sweet potato fries were crispy and plentiful. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, though seating is a bit limited, so be prepared to wait during peak times.
