Silverado Smokehouse is a hidden gem for BBQ lovers in Corpus Christi! 🥩

I stopped by for dinner and ordered the brisket, spicy sausage, and pork ribs, all of which had incredible flavor! The mac n cheese was creamy and paired well with the cole slaw. While the brisket could use a bit more moisture, the rest made up for it.

The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual. I also loved the ice cream option for dessert! 🍦

Can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious sides!
