El Sol De Mexico #1 is a cozy gem in Corpus Christi! 🌮 I loved their breakfast tacos, which were bursting with flavor, especially the chorizo and egg combo. The coffee? Fantastic - strong and perfectly brewed! The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for solo dining or catching up with friends.
While the service was mostly attentive, I did encounter a bit of rudeness at the register, but the attentive waitstaff made up for it. Overall, I’ll definitely be back for more of those tasty tacos! 😋
