Ordered the chicken enchiladas they were excellent and the rice and beans were good too.
The atmosphere was very dim so it made it difficult for my parents to read the menu.
Although the staff was very nice and friendly there wasn't anyone available to to seat us so we sat ourselves.
Then it took 20 minutes just to be greeted and have our drink order taken.
Just very slow paced with the service.

We were visiting Corpus and drove by this place.
Caught my attention as my dad, James, was a Spanish teacher and his students all called him Señor Jaime! So we stopped and had an amazing, local lunch.
Salsa and guacamole were so fresh and delicious.
Wife and I both had the soup and fajita taco combo which were also so fresh and good!!

My wife and I took her mother out for lunch, and we loved the meal.
Ryan was a fantastic server.
He was very friendly and helpful, the food was tasty and large portions, and the atmosphere was great.
I highly recommend to anyone that wants great Mexican food and a very enjoyable experience.
