Koi Sushi & Hibachi is a delightful gem in Corpus Christi! 🍣

I recently enjoyed the Rolando roll with the perfect eel sauce on the side - simply divine! The salmon was fresh and abundant, making each bite satisfying. The private dining room added a cozy touch to our evening.

Each teppanyaki show is entertaining, and the chefs are genuinely fun to watch. While we experienced a slight delay for sauces, our waitress Laura G was attentive and offered spot-on recommendations. The ginger salad dressing was a highlight too.

Can’t wait to return for more sushi and those delicious vegan options! 🌿✨
