I recently visited Shoney's on Rutledge Pike, and it exceeded my expectations! 🥳

I was excited to find their hot bar stocked with chicken livers, wings, and even gumbo - definitely a "Soul Food Shoney's"! The salad bar was fresh, and the livers were perfectly cooked. My server, Miss Willie, was delightful, making my experience even better.

While the gumbo could have been thicker, it was still flavorful. To top it off, the dessert options were delightful. I’ll be returning for sure. If you're in Knoxville, don’t miss this gem! 🍽️
