Dulcie's Cafe is a hidden gem in Knoxville! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and was blown away by the jerk chicken served with perfectly seasoned potatoes and fresh cabbage. My friend tried the brown stew chicken and couldn't stop raving about it!

The atmosphere is casual and inviting, with lovely touches like Valentine's decorations. The owner was warm and welcoming, ensuring our experience was top-notch.

Even though they ran out of a few items, the food was made with care and tasted amazing! I'll definitely be back soon for more comfort food! 🌶️🥥
