Shinkō Sushi House is a hidden gem! 🌟 I visited for lunch and enjoyed the teriyaki chicken bento box with an iced green tea, and let me tell you - it was the freshest, most flavorful bento I've ever had. The service was so quick, and the casual, cozy ambiance made it perfect for a midday escape.

I also highly recommend the shrimp tempura roll - so delicious! The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Don’t miss out on the fried banana dessert; it’s not on the menu yet but was a delightful surprise! 🍌✨ I've found my go-to sushi spot in Phoenix!
