One of the goto places in national mall area for quick bites.
Kiosk was there but only 3 tablets were available, so depending on the time it may take around 1 to 10 minutes wait time to order.
But service was quick and friendly service.
There were tables outside the restaurant as well.
Chicken shack and vanilla classic shakes were good.

Located near the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery, this spot works great for a quick & yummy lunch.
The burgers and shakes are delicious.
The crinkle cut fries are exactly crinkle cut fries- nothing special.
Good, friendly service.

While we were in Washington DC, we decided to check out Shake Shack.
The burgers were really good, but they were a bit small.
The fries were tasty too, and the shakes were absolutely delicious and perfectly thick.
The staff was friendly, and they quickly cleaned up the tables and made sure we were happy with everything.
Ordering through the kiosk was convenient and fast. The only downside was that we had to wait around 20 minutes, but it's probably because they make the food fresh.
Overall, we had a great experience, but the portions could have been bigger, and it was a bit pricey, which seems to be typical for downtown Washington DC.
