Modern French restaurant, Coffee shop
Café du Parc offers a dining experience that, on the whole, is quite pleasant, marked by good food, acceptable service, and a nice ambiance. The food at Café du Parc is the highlight of the experience. Each dish comes out well-prepared, showcasing a blend of flavors that are both comforting and intriguing. The menu, though not extensive, offers enough variety to cater to different tastes and preferences, ensuring that most visitors will find something to enjoy. The ingredients taste fresh, and the presentation of the dishes is thoughtful, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. Service at Café du Parc is adequate, though it lacks the polish and attentiveness that could elevate the dining experience from good to exceptional. The staff is generally friendly and does a decent job of ensuring that diners' needs are met, but there are moments when the service feels somewhat perfunctory. It's not that the service detracts significantly from the overall experience, but rather that it misses opportunities to enhance it. The ambiance of Café du Parc is undeniably one of its strong suits. The setting is designed to be inviting, with a decor that balances charm and sophistication. Café du Parc is a solid choice for those looking for good food in a pleasant setting. While the service could use a bit of fine-tuning to match the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance, the overall dining experience is certainly enjoyable. It's a venue that promises a nice meal out, and for the most part, it delivers on that promise.
Would highly recommend going elsewhere. With the exception of the French onion soup, we didn’t like anything with our meal.We got the bread basket and there were 4 pieces of dry bread - 2 of which were the same type. The fries were so crispy they wouldn’t even bend without breaking. The steak was overdone and chewy. The chicken was plain and lacking flavor.Wouldn’t recommend.Didn’t enjoy the service as we had to keep flagging our server down. For over $100, there are many other better options.
Cafe du Parc Tea Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️3++ Star Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5star in French inspired cafe and cozy niche space to gather casually Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️- presentation was classy with matching white chip and saucer. Not a complaint but nothing to be excited about. It’s counter service so non one brings it to you. There’s no teapots either. If you notice the cute glass container of honey, only because I asked afterwards and there was no offer of lemon. Tea - nice selection of caffeinated teas including my favorite jasmine pearls and Earl Grey. However today I went with their mint tea (had enough caffeine for the day) which was actually quite enjoyable on a cold windy spring day at the park.Perfect early evening lift to keep sight seeing.
