Seviche A Latin Restaurant is an absolute gem in Louisville! 🌟

From the moment I stepped in, the cozy and trendy atmosphere set the perfect tone for our evening. I highly recommend the Churrasco - cooked to perfection - and the bison empanadas, which were bursting with flavor! The fresh pico and avocado-jalapeño puree took it to the next level.

Don’t miss the Frondosa farm mushroom enchiladas; the chihuahua cheese was a delightful surprise. We finished with the tres leches cake paired with macadamia nut ice cream, which was simply divine! Can't wait to return! ✨🍴
