Sapporo Japanese Grill & Sushi is an absolute gem in Louisville! The vibrant atmosphere could get a bit loud, but it only adds to the lively experience.

I highly recommend the Tuna Tataki - hands down the best I’ve ever had! The V.I.P. roll is a showstopper, especially when they set it ablaze at the table. 🔥 Happy hour from 5 to 6:30 PM is an amazing deal!

While the salmon sushi could use a bit of chilling, the overall freshness of the food is undeniable. Don’t miss out on the Bulgogi Tacos - they're surprisingly fantastic! 😋 Just be sure to arrive early, as this hotspot fills
