Pho Cafe on Bardstown is a cozy spot that nails the heart and soul of Vietnamese cuisine! 🌟 I recently enjoyed the pho ga, and it was hands down the best I've had in Louisville - rich, flavorful broth paired with tender chicken.

I also tried the beef fried rice, which had an incredible flavor that lingered perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive; I even had a delightful chat with the chef!

While the smoke during stir-frying can be a bit overpowering, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Definitely a must-try for pho lovers! 🍜✨
