Seaglass Restaurant is a cozy gem within the DoubleTree by Hilton. I visited for brunch and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options. I tried the Impossible Burger, which was flavorful, while my friend adored the fish and chips.

🍹 Jaime at the bar was exceptional - so friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting the perfect cocktails.

The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for groups or solo dining. Although prices may be on the higher side for some items, the quick service and tasty food make it worthwhile! I’ll definitely return... 🍽️
