Polanco Kitchen & Bar is a great spot within the Hilton Mission Valley!

I visited for breakfast and tried the eggs benedict, which was absolutely delicious! The portions were satisfying, and the service was impressively quick and friendly.

The casual atmosphere with a few TVs makes it perfect for solo dining or grabbing a bite before exploring San Diego.

While prices are on the higher side, the convenience of billing to your room is a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit if you’re staying nearby! 🍳🌮
