Sassool in Raleigh is a cozy gem! 🌟 I visited for lunch and was impressed by the fast, friendly service despite the busy crowd. The chickpea salad and "wow" salad were incredible - fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed the chicken salad, even with the celery! The fresh pita bread tied it all together beautifully. The vibrant hot and cold bar offers plenty of gluten-free options, and I'm excited to go back and save room for dessert next time. This place is a must-try! 🍽️
