Just ordered a large fry from this Zaxby’s.
They dumped just tons of salt on these fries.
My goodness….they are not edible.

We order online and pick up through the drive-through.
We like the food, but the order is rarely correct.
Cookies we order are frequently left out altogether.
I often still get fries instead of the cole slaw I substituted.
I have to check my tea every time to make sure it's unsweetened and not sweetened.
Today they forgot the tea altogether.
Along with two 3-packs of cookies.
Sometimes we've used our rewards points to get free cookies, only to have our rewards points deducted and find the cookies absent.
We literally have to check our order and hold up the people behind us every time now before we leave. We order through the app, which sends the order exactly as we want it.
It's not like these mistakes are communication errors from ordering in person. Other restaurants have quality checks in which employees verify that what's on the receipt is what's in the order they're handing to the customer.
This location seriously needs to institute something similar.

The staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is clean and the food tastes great and is served quickly- both in the restaurant and the drive thru. My family and I really enjoy the chicken tenders and the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich.
