Saigon Pho is a delightful spot nestled in East Town Plaza, perfect for pho lovers! I indulged in their rich and flavorful beef pho, which cost around $13 for a generous bowl that left me satisfied. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, ideal for solo dining or a meal with friends.

While the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during my visit, the delicious food made up for it. Though the extensive menu can be a tad overwhelming, I appreciated the variety available. Don't miss their egg rolls - though they could use a bit more crunch! Overall, a great experience... I’ll definitely be back! 🍜
