Saigon Noodle House is a gem! 🌟 I indulged in the pho tai (P2) and shrimp spring rolls, and both were fantastic - rich flavors and nothing short of delicious! The menu is clear about each dish’s ingredients, which I really appreciate.
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for a quick dinner or a family lunch. Plus, the fast service was truly impressive - my table was cleared and reset while I used the restroom! 😂
Definitely making this my go-to Vietnamese spot in Birmingham! Can’t wait to try more dishes... 😋
