The owner, Mike, consistently checked in with us and our guests to see if we needed anything.
And to top it all off, he personally hand delivered churros to every single table! The food is spectacular, and you definitely need to try the Pastor! Fantastic and so glad to be served by them.

Had a great experience with Mike and his Saguaro's tacos y churros food truck.
They catered a private event for my business - a company family park day in Gilbert.
The food was a huge hit and the favorites were the carne asada quesadillas, fresh chips and guac, and their Don Juan tacos.
Highly recommend, looking forward to the next opportunity to eat this tasty food.
