I recently dined at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q, and overall, it was a delightful experience! The marbled brisket was easily the star of the show - absolutely recommend it! The peach cobbler was a heavenly finish, too. While the baby back ribs were a bit tough, the friendly service and casual atmosphere made up for it.
