Chili's Grill & Bar

I had a very good experience at this location.
The service was fast.
The establishment was clean.
The server's name was Brian, and he was very attentive and very informational.
Everything was handled very well.
The food was great.
I went to the bar and had a couple of drinks after my meal.
There's plenty of parking and other restaurants on both sides of the building.

The food was perfect! We were a party of 4.
The mozzarella sticks! Wow!!! Huge! And delicious.
The loaded potato soup was nice and creamy AND filling.
The salad that came with the soup and salad lacked a bit of crispiness.
The mix of greens in my side salad was nice but a bit limp.
The appetizer we ordered was chips and queso.
I loved the "pay at the table" on the Chili's app very convenient.
Overall, we will be back.

I have been a regular customer at Chilis for years and have never had a bad experience at chilis until I came to this location.
I ordered the triple dipper, two kids pizzas, and the smokehouse combo.
I ordered to go and The employees that brought out my order were kind.
After taking my order to my location to sit down and eat my triple dipper meal, I took a bite out of one of my sliders and looked to see that my burger was completely raw.
I contacted the general manager and he offered to recook my burgers.
After having raw meat in my mouth I didn't want anymore food from this location I just wanted my money back.
He explained that he will only refund me my burgers and told me I had other food to eat.
Eventually he decided to refund me my triple dipper meal.
After management explained that the cook was fairly new I did not want to touch any of my food because of possible contamination.
If the cook cooked my burger (slider) like this what else could be wrong with my order?is no one quality checking the food? I asked for a full refund of my entire order and management refused.
Instead he stated that he did not understand my logic of thinking and he was sorry my burger wasn't cooked “to my liking”.
This burger was not medium rare.
It was not rare.
It was a completely raw pattie.
If my kids bit into this burger it would be a bigger issue.
Raw meat could contain harmful bacteria.
Please be careful eating at this location. Side note: My husbands ribs were Burnt and hard to chew and the brisket was nothing but fat and chewy.
Still not comparable to the burger.
