This store is going downhill.
It used to be one of the best.
This new crew they have is completely lost on the night shift.
The cook had my order ready, but the cashier and manager put my online order in the drive-thru.
When you ask about the order, they just turn they back to you.
When they finally hand you your now cold order, because you are the last ones left in the lobby.
It is a half cup of tartar sauce for 2 whole pieces of fish?

Thus location is a joke, I order online get here and they canceled my order, when I asked why I was told they don't know and they would have to recharge me for the order.
Absolutely not! Told me they shouldn't have changed my card and I look and there it is charged.
They tell me oh it will cancel out.
I don't thinks so.
We took our business elsewhere your not charging anything twice.
Especially not when you canceled the order.

Lost my money because the system wasn’t working properly paid for a whataburger but John the store manager at the time would not provide it even when showed the online receipts where I had clearly paid for the burger.
John had a horrible attitude and talked to me as if I was trying to steal even after being shown the receipts.
Attached is my order that I didn’t receive because John didn’t want to accept my receipts.
