I recently dined at Rubio's Coastal Grill in San Diego, and it was a delightful experience! 🌊 The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, perfect for a laid-back meal. I tried the steak street tacos - so flavorful! The highlight was definitely their original fish taco; it’s a must for any San Diego visit.

Despite being short-staffed, the friendly service made the wait worthwhile. Plus, the brown rice quinoa bowl is an addictive, healthy option! Don’t forget to grab a salted caramel cookie for dessert - yum! 🍪
