The salmon and the sweet potatoes were really nice, but other than that we were really disappointed with the place.
The burger had no seasonings, the schnitzel was okay but the additional salad was drenched in oil, which made it really unpleasant to eat.
The staff were nice but you had to ask for everything yourself: if you wanted to order food, desert or more drinks, you had to find a waiter and ask for it yourselves, they didn’t came to the table to ask.
Other than that, you had to pay for the toilet and when paying the bill it was instantly made clear that you “could” choose a percentage of tips to add to your total (it didn’t feel like a choice, we felt kind of forced to tip when this isn’t really the standard in Germany).
The place was also very big, but when we were there it wasn’t busy, yet everyone was really spread out on the terras, making us isolated from the other guests, which made the atmosphere less cozy.

Located at the Hackescher Markt. A lovely restaurant featuring outdoor seating that enhances the dining experience.
Efficient and attentive service making the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the curry wurst (sausage) fell short of expectations.
The sauce tasted like a generic sweet ketchup, lacking the authentic curry flavor one would hope for., though, the fries were good.
Crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside.

We had a great meal.
The atmosphere was amazing and our waiter Mainul was super! The pork knuckle was delicious & beers too! Highly recommend!
